Varieties of subjects in photographs

I just looked at the last three photographs I have been messing about with and it strikes me that they are decidedly not on one theme. Two are close-ups; two are of living things; all three are of things that harken to living things. All are in colour; and I had no thought of making a set when I was working on them.
