Lou Sanders

Lou-Sanders

According to Chortle, Lou Sanders is a surrealist comedienne who has written for Channel 4’s Stand-Up for the Week and BBC3’s Laughtershock. Her Edinburgh debut was in 2011 with her show How to be Awesome: An Introduction.

When interviewed in 2014 for The Latest, and asked among other things what her ambition for the rest of 2014 was, she said she was just trying, one day at a time, not to get pregnant.

Joey Page

Joey Page’s website is out of date, so bear that in mind where it says he has spent the last few years bouncing around the comedy circuit, supporting the likes of Josie Long and Noel Fielding and appearing on shows such as BBC 3’s comedy marathon and Nevermind the Buzzcocks.

Jim Campbell

Jim-Campbell

Chortle says he was a finalist in the 2009 So You Think You’re Funny, and finalist in the 2011 Durex One Night Stand competition run by the Soho Thetre in London.

It also says his material is exquisitely written, punchline-driven material delivered with an alluringly relaxed stance, this was quirky yet accessible stuff from a future star.
